Domestic Shipping (Within UAE)

  • Shipping Fee: AED 10 for the first 3 kg.
  • Additional Weight Charges: AED 5 for each additional 1 kg.
  • Free Shipping: Orders above AED 500 are eligible for free shipping.

GCC Countries Shipping

  • Shipping Fee: AED 65 for the first 3 kg.
  • Additional Weight Charges: AED 15 for each additional 1 kg.

Return Shipping Policy

  • Customer Responsibility: The return shipping cost is borne by the customer unless the return is due to a shipping mistake made by us.
  • Our Responsibility: If there is an error in the order preparation on our part, Clearance.ae will bear the return shipping cost.
